More about Rodan + Fields
I would not have joined just any company that allowed me to work from home. I chose this company for a few reasons:
- I was familiar with the doctors, since they created Proactiv, and knew that others would trust them, too.
- It was impressive to me that the doctors started their namesake brand in high-end retail stores like Nordstrom, where they were #1, but CHOSE this social commerce channel when they were seeing the changes in consumer trends, like the rise of Amazon
- People were not buying these products because they saw them in the stores, they found out that most of their sales were through referrals (people using the product, loving it, and telling friends and family about them)
- If you think about it, we all do this on a daily basis, we just don't get paid for it!
- We are always recommending books, exercise classes, a good pair of jeans, or a restaurant to friends.. why not keep doing what you're doing and make a paycheck?
- The ability to run a global business (currently in Canada and Australia, launching into Japan in June, 2020) from your phone sounded like an opportunity that was too good to pass up
- I also love that you can make this what you want it to be. Do you want to have some extra income every month to take more trips? Do you want to generate life-changing residual income for your family by creating your own hours and working how and when you want to work? Both are so possible.
I love helping people feel good about themselves and feel like they are not stuck: they can use this business as their vehicle to give themselves more options in their life.

Which products are right for you?
The Stanford-trained doctors are still practicing dermatologists, and wanted to create a solution for the most common skin concerns that they continue to see in their office: anti-aging/ sunspots, dark spots, and uneven skin tone/ sensitive skin/ and acne.
They created 5 main regimens (which have 3 or 4 steps) to address these concerns and allow people to see real results without visiting their dermatologists. Their Multi-Med Therapy approach means using the right products, with the right formulations, in the right order.
Some people can immediately decide which regimen would be right for them, if they have always had the same skincare concern and haven't been able to find the right products to address that concern. The doctors also created the Solution Tool, which asks you a few questions about your unique skin before giving you a personalized recommendation from our doctors, which would give you the best results.
